Safety: PA man dies after crash involving manure spreader

A fatal Dec. 2 crash involving a manure spreader is still under investigation by local police.

However, Hopewell Township, PA coroner Pamela Gay has confirmed that a 68-year-old man died of blunt force injuries. Those injuries came after the man lost control of his vehicle while passing a tractor hauling a manure spreader. The crash took place on a York County road.
