Hoard’s Dairyman Farm’s manure problems resurface

December 29, Milwaukee, WI – Hoard’s Dairyman Farm in Jefferson County – a pioneer in agricultural innovation dating back to 1899 – is once again encountering manure problems and has agreed to drain a 5 million-gallon lagoon in the hopes of keeping animal waste from leaking into the groundwater.
