WI man sentenced for incident involving manure

March 31, 2014, Neillsville, WI — A Washburn man was sentenced to a year of probation and counseling for anger management after pleading no contest to a disorderly conduct charge based on a disturbance he caused.
A Clark County Sheriff’s Department deputy responded to the disturbance where the man had stopped and attempted to detain employees of a farmer in the area who were hauling manure. The deputy called for backup when he refused to allow the haulers to complete their work. READ MORE
