Johnstown, PA – Farmers in the Alleghenies said as if floundering milk prices
weren’t bad enough, they’re about to suffer another blow – new federal
regulations that would limit the land they can farm.

Johnstown, PA – Farmers in the Alleghenies said as if floundering milk prices
weren’t bad enough, they’re about to suffer another blow – new federal
regulations that would limit the land they can farm.
The PA Department of
Environmental Protection’s Manure Management Plan has been in place for years,
but farmers said changes will cost them crops and money.
