MN – A conditional use permit (CUP) for a feedlot on the Marvin and Mary Pat
Kuhn farm in Newburg Township is now headed to the Fillmore County Board. The
Fillmore County Planning Commission added one condition to the CUP before the
vote to send it on to the county commissioners with a recommendation for
approval.

According to the permit
application, the Kuhns were installing two-stage manure handling systems,
stacking slab and liquid earthen storage.
