MD poultry growers invited to meeting on NMPs

February 3, 2014, Princess Anne, MD — The University of Maryland Extension will be holding an AIR Workshop and CNMP Review at the Somerset County Extension Office on Park Drive.
This workshop will be held 1 to 3 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 11 and assist producers in completing their annual implementation report (AIR) and provide a review of comprehensive nutrient management plan (CNMP). Poultry growers are encouraged to attend.
Materials to bring to the workshop include 1) Nutrient Management Plan, 2) Comprehensive Nutrient Management Plan, 3) AIR Form, and 4) Records pertaining to manure management and your operation.
