During the regular meeting of the
Allamakee County Board of Supervisors, county engineer Brian Ridenour
presented the board with a resolution regarding the installation of
temporary manure pipelines within the county’s right-of-way.

March 15, 2011, Waukon, IA – During the regular meeting of the Allamakee County Board of Supervisors, county engineer Brian Ridenour presented the board with a resolution regarding the installation of temporary manure pipelines within the county’s right-of-way.

Ridenour explained that establishing a policy to allow such pipelines would reduce the wear and tear on county roads caused by heavy manure wagons.
