MPCA investigating manure leak in MN

January 30, 2017, Rochester, MN – The Minnesota Pollution Control Agency and the Department of Natural Resources are investigating after a manure leak on a dairy farm in rural Olmsted County.
According to the local Sheriff’s Office, the farmer called authorities after a valve broke on a pipe that leads from the cattle to the manure storage tank. READ MORE
