CA – The Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board has released a
tentative Waste Discharge Requirements General Order for Centralized Dairy
Manure Anaerobic Digester or Centralized Dairy Manure Co-Digester Facilities.

CA – The Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board has released a
tentative Waste Discharge Requirements General Order for Centralized Dairy
Manure Anaerobic Digester or Centralized Dairy Manure Co-Digester Facilities.
The 30-day public review
and comment period for the tentative order is from April 5 to May 5.
The proposed order and
related documents can be downloaded from the Central Valley Water Board's
website by clicking
here. The public hearing will be held at the Central Valley Water
Board meeting, which is scheduled June 8 to 10 at the board’s Sacramento office
at 11020 Sun Center Drive, Rancho Cordova, CA.
The final meeting agenda
will be available at http://www.waterboards.ca.gov/centralvalley/board_info/meetings/
at least 10 days before the meeting. The agenda will provide the dates the
Central Valley Water Board meeting will be held, indicate the anticipated order
of agenda items, and may include staff revisions to the proposed order.
