June 20, 2016, Auburn, NY – Wayne Bishop may be from California, but he has big plans for Cayuga County.

He’s looking to create over 100 jobs, fresh produce and an organic sustainable recycling loop, all from the Cayuga County Soil and Water Conservation District’s digester.

Bishop’s company, CH4 Energy, took on a five-year lease of the digester around January, and has been using it to convert several local farms’ manure into electricity ever since. READ MORE
