Waterkeeper case appeal sent back to circuit court

August 8, 2014, Annapolis, MD — An environmental group’s request for several Eastern Shore farms’ nutrient management plans will return to circuit court for further proceedings.

The state’s highest court dismissed an appeal made by the Waterkeeper Alliance of a 2011 order and ordered the case back to the Anne Arundel County Circuit Court after ruling the trial judge never passed final judgment of that order and a 2009 order. READ MORE
