abatement requirements it has agreed to with the state of Missouri.
Premium Standard Farms of
Princeton, a wholly owned subsidiary of Smithfield Foods, signed a consent
decree more than 10 years ago with the state to implement “next generation
technology” to reduce or eliminate odors and pollutants.
