June 21, 2010, Lancaster, PA – The environmental group Citizens for
Pennsylvania’s Future is trying to get 45 farmers in Bart Township —
all but three of them Amish and including several families affected by
the Nickel Mines school shooting tragedy — to the table for a
discussion.
June 21, 2010, Lancaster, PA – The environmental group Citizens for Pennsylvania’s Future is trying to get 45 farmers in Bart Township — all but three of them Amish and including several families affected by the Nickel Mines school shooting tragedy — to the table for a discussion.
The farmers will be urged to accept free on-the-farm assessments on what will be needed to clean up streams that the group says are polluted.
