August 10, 2009, Pavilion, NY – The cows at Noblehurst Farms in
Pavilion, Genesee County, produce about 15,000 gallons of milk a day.
And enough manure to power the fans and lights in their barn, the
sensors that monitor their health and milk production and the 75-foot
rotary milk parlor that extracts and chills their milk.
