Farmers stand to save thousands of dollars a year in
manure-handling costs if all producers adopt the new made-in-Alberta
technology, one hog farmer says.

A $900,000 pilot project at
a Bentley hog operation will convert 70 per cent of the manure into water using
made-in-Alberta technology.
