Farmer unlikely to be cited over manure

NY — A Code Enforcement Officer believes a recent conflict over manure
spreading near homes on Route 37C resulted from a misunderstanding and likely
was not a flagrant violation of town zoning law.

was not a flagrant violation of town zoning law.

Gregory Fregoe said the
farmer applied in April to have all of his fields, including the area in
question, re-designated as an agricultural district.
