(CAFOs) in Delaware were effective beginning November 11, 2010.

County, DE – New regulations concerning Concentrated Animal Feeding Operations
(CAFOs) in Delaware were effective beginning November 11, 2010.

Poultry farmers and
livestock operations in Delaware identified as CAFOs will need to apply for a
CAFO permit within 90 days after the effective date of these regulations.
