Water tests continue following WI manure spill

June 23, 2014, Calumet, WI — Tests of public wells at Columbia Park and Camp Shaginappi and about a dozen private wells located downstream from a manure spill last month have not shown elevated bacteria readings.
An estimated 50,000 gallons of manure escaped May 26 from a broken hose line at the dairy and followed a natural channel that led to Pipe Creek and east, toward Highway 151. READ MORE
