WI farmers sue township over manure hauling rights

November 19, 2013, Washburn, WI – A Clark County family has filed a lawsuit against the Town of Washburn for what they said is a violation of their civil rights.

Richard and Deborah Vine, along with Donald Vine and Marty and Amy Gerhardt of V-Valley Farm near Granton are suing the township for inhibiting their use of public roadways to haul manure to their fields. READ MORE
