Darlington, WI – Beef producer Mark Riechers has five simple words of advice
for farmers who apply manure to their fields: “Don’t lose it. Use it.”

Riechers, who farms near
Darlington with his wife, Jan, and son, Joe, shared that philosophy with 35
farmers from Indiana and Ohio. The group visited southwest Wisconsin recently
to get a glimpse of what might be expected of them once new regulations come
their way.
