Bard will be responsible for the Houle global dealer structure, sales and marketing. He has been with WestfaliaSurge since joining Babson Bros. Surge 11 years ago as the eastern regional manager. For the past five years, Bard has served as the national business manager for WestfaliaSurge, Inc., while also serving as interim managing director for WestfaliaSurge Mexicana S.A. de C.V.
Prior to joining WestfaliaSurge, Bard spent three years with an A.O. Smith Harvestore dealership and 13 years with Germania Dairy Automation, Inc. as part of a career in the agriculture industry spanning 27 years.
