to notice a slight stink in the air.

VT – Take a walk along Garry Clark’s property in Ferrisburgh and you’ll begin
to notice a slight stink in the air. 

“Something needs to be
done, I’m very, very upset,” exclaims Clark.

Clark is upset about what
happened last week.  He says (July
1), his pond filled up with manure from a dairy farm three quarters of a mile
away.
