at farms and ranches in California will be available at a September 27 workshop
sponsored by the Tulare County Farm Bureau.
The session will address
compliance issues under the federal Spill Prevention, Control, and
Countermeasure (SPCC) program, which has a November 10 compliance deadline.
The 3 p.m. workshop will
be held at the Tulare County Farm Bureau , 737 N. Ben Maddox Way, Visalia, CA.
