Six companies bid for digester

May 14, 2009, Madison, Wisc. – Six companies have submitted proposals to construct Dane County’s first manure digester.

May 14, 2009, Madison, Wisc. – Six companies have submitted proposals to construct Dane County’s first manure digester.

The new facility, expected to be built in the Waunakee area, would produce about $1 million worth of power annually and reduce phosphorous runoff.
