Public hearings set for WI digester and biogas plant

Apr. 26, 2013, Waunakee, WI – The Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources (DNR) has announced that it will hold two public hearings in connection with plans to build and operate both a biogas plant and manure digester in the Springfield.

The first hearing will take place on May 2 regarding an air pollution permit, while the other will occurr on May 20 for discharge system permits. Both public hearings will be held at 2 p.m. at the Middleton Public Library at 7425 Hubbard Avenue. READ MORE
