Public hearing set on WI digester permit

December 7, 2015, Waunakee, WI – The Department of Natural Resources will host a public hearing on a new permit for Clear Horizons Dane to operate the Dane County manure digester in the Town of Vienna for the next five years.
Set for 9:30 a.m. Dec. 18, the hearing for the new Wisconsin Pollutant Discharge Elimination System permit will be at the Middleton Public Library at 7452 Hubbard Avenue. READ MORE
