A new poultry litter hotline has been launched in Virginia.
A new poultry litter hotline has been launched in Virginia. Supported by the Virginia Poultry Federation, Virginia Tech and the National Fish and Wildlife Foundation, hotline operators broker deals between poultry producers and farmers in need of manure. Hotline staff is based out of the Verona office of the Shenandoah Resource Conservation and Development Council. The hotline can be accessed at 800-418-0768.
