Permit renewal in WI rekindles water quality debate

September 27, 2013, Green Bay, WI – The operator of Ebert Dairy Enterprises and the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources say research to be conducted on a two-acre portion of the farm will be the first to determine the effects of manure irrigation practices on water quality.
