City, MD – What’s alleged to be a pile of chicken manure on a Berlin farm at
the center of a pending federal lawsuit may not be what it seems.

According to Luis Luna, a
spokesman for Perdue Farms Inc., the Waterkeeper Alliance was mistaken when it
referred to material on contract grower Alan Hudson’s Logtown Road farm as
chicken manure.
