biogas.

Howe for making a not-so-interesting subject – manure management – at least
intriguing for more than 50 attendees at a recent presentation on the issue of
biogas.
The session, a brainchild
of Cayuga County Legislative chairman Peter Tortorici, was set up to discuss
creating more than 40 miles of pipeline, a major infrastructure project for the
county.
