July 15, 2009, Norco, Ca. – Norco officials have a new site in mind for
a plant that would turn horse manure into power, and the change may
delay the project by a year.

July 15, 2009, Norco, Ca. – Norco officials have a new site in mind for a plant that would turn horse manure into power, and the change may delay the project by a year.

The city had been hoping to build the plant, which could generate as much as 4 megawatts of power, next to a wastewater treatment facility on River Road just north of Prado Basin Park.
