NMPs save money, aids environment

April 11, 2013, St. Louis, MO — A federal agency that addresses conservation practices has the same goal as that of farmers, its top scientist believes.
The recently updated National Nutrient Management Standard provides guidelines for input application on farms designed not only to protect the environment, but also to save producers money, according to C.
