July 27, 2010, Des Moines, Iowa – EPC's gutting of manure on snow ban will lead directly to More manure in our water.

The Environmental Protection Commission's (EPC's) July 20 vote to weaken state laws protecting Iowa's water from factory farm pollution will lead directly to more manure in our water and goes against the mission of the EPC to protect the environment, outraged Iowa CCI members said Tuesday.
