number of manure-related issues, according to a statement last week from the
Minnesota Pollution Control Agency.

number of manure-related issues, according to a statement last week from the
Minnesota Pollution Control Agency.
A November inspection of
BGR Dairy, west of Detroit Lakes, found a manure spill, pools of
manure-contaminated runoff, damage to liquid-manure storage areas, an
unauthorized drain and an open lot without runoff controls. The liquid-manure
storage areas lacked depth markers.
