Maryland composting workshop
The Maryland Nutrient Management Program will hold an On-Farm

Central Maryland Research & Education Center in Ellicott City,
Maryland.
October 28, 2008, Ellicott City, MD – The Maryland Nutrient Management Program will hold an On-Farm Composting workshop on November 20 from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., at the Central Maryland Research & Education Center in Ellicott City, Maryland.
Anyone interested in safely and efficiently composting a farm’s organic waste for reuse as a soil amendment is encouraged to attend. The program will provide six Maryland Nutrient Managment CEU’s for certified consultants and certified operators.
Register by mail before November 14. Seating is limited and registrations will be accepted on a first come, first serve basis.
