Manure project on tap for CA commission

August 7, 2012, Tulare, CA – Tulare Planning Commission is holding a public hearing August 7 regarding construction of an anaerobic co-digester that will use cow manure to generate energy.

Colony Energy has applied to build the anaerobic co-digester on about 14 acres of land. The digester would use cow manure, food processing waste and food waste to produce electrical and heat energy from biogas fueled engine-generators. READ MORE
