Manure plan writing workshop in PA

February 4, 2013, Lewisburg, PA — The Union County Conservation District is hosting a Manure Management Plan Writing Workshop from 6 to 9 p.m. Feb. 25 at the Union County Government Center at 155 N. 15th St., Lewisburg, PA.
