Manure leaks into drainage ditch in Wisconsin

Manitowoc, WI – The Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources says a break in a
manure pit leaked an estimated 10,000 to 20,000 gallons of liquid manure.

manure pit leaked an estimated 10,000 to 20,000 gallons of liquid manure.

Officials say it happened at
a farm on Benzinger Road, just east of Mishicot in Manitowoc County.
