a regional facility that would take manure and convert it into electricity —
$45 million.

a regional facility that would take manure and convert it into electricity —
$45 million.
Because the project would
require significant state and federal funds, because environmental payments are
not robust and because a private investor likely would not be attracted to the
project at this time, the facility is not going to go forward.
