A week after the owners of a Madison County dairy pleaded not
guilty to polluting a local creek with manure, the companies that applied the
manure faced similar criminal charges.

County, Ohio – A week after the owners of a Madison County dairy pleaded not
guilty to polluting a local creek with manure, the companies that applied the
manure faced similar criminal charges.

John W. Davisson, owner of
Site-N-Pipe of Marysville, and Joseph W. Beam, owner of Beam Custom
Applications of Cincinnati, pleaded not guilty in Madison County Municipal
Court
to water pollution charges.
