Liquid manure, diesel spilled in NY accident

May 27, 2013, Bath, NY — About 6,000 gallons of liquid manure was spilled during a tractor-trailer rollover in Bath, NY, according to the Steuben County Sheriff’s Office.

The crash occurred about 3:40 p.m. May 26 after a tractor-trailer rolled onto its side, rupturing a tank containing the manure. The vehicle is owned by a Bath-area dairy operation. READ MORE
