A bill aimed at requiring manure
applicators to be licensed has passed Indiana’s House and is being
considered by the state’s Senate.
March 16, 2009, Indianapolis, Ind. – A bill aimed at requiring manure applicators to be licensed has passed Indiana’s House and is being considered by the state’s Senate.
According to a report from Hoosier Ag Today, Bill HB 1191, sponsored by Indiana Representative Joe Pearson, will require anyone who spreads manure in the state to be certified by the State Chemists office.
