environmentalists in the effort to clean up the Chesapeake Bay through a new
pollution diet.
Will Baker, president of
the Chesapeake Bay Foundation, announced that his group is attempting to
intervene in a federal lawsuit over the latest effort to restore the bay.
Farmers have sued the Environmental Protection Agency to block the new bay
pollution diet, which the bay foundation supports.
