City, MO – A Kansas City company that ferments microbes intended to do
everything from cutting the stench of a livestock manure lagoon to improving
your immune system has secured $1.4 million in government incentives to expand.

everything from cutting the stench of a livestock manure lagoon to improving
your immune system has secured $1.4 million in government incentives to expand.
SCD Probiotics, a company
launched in 2004, said the expansion of its production facility will add up to 62 new jobs over the next five years. Currently, the
company employs 16 people.
