has filed a complaint against the owners of the proposed Traditions Dairy near
Galena, in northwestern Illinois.

Galena, in northwestern Illinois.

Lisa Madigan alleges a
liquid byproduct used on-site leaked into the South Fork of the Apple River.
She wants stricter environmental safeguards before allowing the dairy to
operate.
