Idaho legislator backs ag waste rule

September 8, 2009 – An
Idaho state legislator is expressing support for a proposed new rule to
regulate third-party handling of livestock manure.

"I think it is an
appropriate topic for us to deal with," Rep. Stephen Hartgen said.
