Hearing wanted on regulation

June 16, 2009, Washington, DC – U.S. Rep. Adrian Smith, R-Neb., is
calling on House Agriculture Chairman Collin Peterson, D-Minn., to
convene a House Agriculture Committee hearing on environmental burdens
on rural America.

June 16, 2009, Washington, DC – U.S. Rep. Adrian Smith, R-Neb., is calling on House Agriculture Chairman Collin Peterson, D-Minn., to convene a House Agriculture Committee hearing on environmental burdens on rural America.

Included in the discussion would be Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) regulations of carbon dioxide, methane and other gases under the Clean Air Act.
