costs after an area dairy farmer went to trial for an issue involving manure
running off his farm into a stream.
This past November, the
Parkton, MD, farmer was fined $20 after he admitted fault in a civil case
involving manure leaking from his 150-cow dairy.As a result, he has racked up
legal fees totaling nearly $50,000.
