Galls, MN – “Cautiously optimistic” was the phrase of the evening at a recent
Twin Falls County planning meeting.

A dozen neighbors came to
the Twin Falls City Council chambers recently to hear whether the Twin Falls
County Planning and Zoning Commission would award a special-use permit to
L&S Land Holdings LLC for its unique plan for a Filer-area anaerobic
digester.
