Federal agency to review manure lagoon project

June 8, 2015, Watertown, NY – The federal government is stepping in to make sure a manure lagoon near the Black River is safe.

State and federal agencies met with Watertown city officials just outside Watertown recently to discuss concerns about a lagoon being built 1,500 feet from the Black River to store manure.
